I'm at the other end of the planet from Lyman in New Zealand. My 1200DPS developed a problem. I sent it back to them, halfway thinking I might never hear back again-after all how many customers can they have in my neck of the woods?
Anyway back it came promptly as a warranty repair, no charge for repair or shipping.
Great service, much appreciated. One of our old time companies has a motto," It's the putting right that counts". I agree, and Lyman delivers.
