I experienced 30 out of a lot of 1000 Winchester .45ACP brass. The brass came from a law enforcement training center and the ones that "popped the top" showed signs of weathering. Tried most of what has been suggested in this thread including a bottom tap with no success.You sir, must be doing something wrong. / Sarcasm Off/
