Powdered Graphite vs Mica ?

I have always used powdered graphite to lube the inside of my necks and it has performed well. I recently found a two pound can of Mica in the garage and was wondering if anyone uses it, instead of the graphite and how well it performs. Just curious.

Are you guys talking about lubing the inside of your case necks after ultrasonic cleaning? I havent been lubing my inside case necks unless I ultrasonic clean them. I noticed that once the cases are "squeaky clean" they required much more bullet seating force. The cases were so clean, that they actually galled the necks while sizing them in a TiNi bushing. Im curious to know the correct process for lubing the inside necks after ultrasonic cleaning. My current process is to take an old 7mm brush with some 000 steel wool wound around the brush, and apply some spray Moly to the brush. I then just make about 3 passes in and out of the case necks. Is this correct?
Thanks

I use Imperial Dry Neck Lube.

I dip the ass of the bullet in the powder before seating into the case. Makes for a much cleaner application (it's not on the outside of the neck). Seating a bullet with and without it is a night and day difference. This step also prevents the 'cold weld' between the case and the bullet. I currently use an ultrasonic cleaner, but prior to that I was still doing this step...
