Powder for a 7mm RSAUM

What powders are suitable for a 7mm RSAUM with 175 and 180 grain bullets?
I plan using the rifle for F Class. I have some RL22 and H4350.

I’ve had good with H4831sc and Berger 180s.

H4350 will produce some of your best accuracy / consistency with the 180 class bullets. However, it will eat your throat up like a kid eating Halloween candy! H4831SC is a bit better BUT not a lot. VVN165 / H1000 will give you excellent velocity and accuracy with considerably better barrel life. However, if you don't mind paying for barrels and the chambering of them every 800 or so rounds, you will have a difficult time beating H4350 in matches with the 180s in the SAUM..

I don't like RL-22. Not the best for shooting in a temperate climate from very cold to very hot.

H-4831 / H-4831sc or H-1000.

Most of the time H-4831 is more accurate.

If you have to get more powder H4831sc; h4350 is a lottle too fast for the 175-180s; but would do well for the lighter 160 and under range.

I found Win 780 Supreme to be excellent for the 180 Berger VLD. Unfortunately no longer available. However VV-560 is quite similar and is in production.
