Poll: smoothest pressures for the 243 winchester

Not sure what "smoothest pressure" means but when it comes to 80 grain bullets and heavier in the 243, IMR 4350 is very hard to beat. Been shooting the 243 for over 30 years, tried almost everything but I keep coming back to IMR 4350.

i have 6 .243s. i do not have any pressure testing equip. i shoot I-4064, VARGET, H/I 4350.

That is a difficult question to answer but if you use a good chronograph and look at the extreme spread and standard deviation of various powder/ bullet combinations it gives you a good indication of how consistent your pressure curve is from shot to shot. Powders like Hodgdon Superformance and Alliant Reloader 17 are advertised as having "smooth" pressure curves so you might want to check out their information.
