So I spun the 6.5 creedmoor off to test my new barrel vice and rear entry action wrench and was successful, so switchbarreling is in the cards for me soon and I spun the barrel back on.
Went to the range and noticed a 0.2 mil low / 0.2mil right shift. To be fair, I removed the scope so I cannot attribute the shift to the barrel removal/installation process...but I did shoot a sub 1/4" group @ 100 yards
I re-zero'd and went to the 200 yard range and proceeded to shoot 1/2" or better groups. Stoked! I didn't mess anything up and didn't break anything. LOL
Does anyone experience POI shifts when switchbarreling?
