Nice patience and follow thru, not sure I would have rode that out till the end. I wonder what the "anomaly" was. Great CS from Shilen.

I had nothing to lose and was in no hurry so it wasn't too bad. Now it just gives me something else to develop loads for. If it does well i may even shoot a match with it.

It’s good to hear new ownership has upped their cs response. As soon as I read Shilen, an image popped into my head where a bunch of barrels were left out of the stress relieving pile and the shop foreman yelled at the new kid to just throw them in with the good barrels. They told me to kick rocks with my barrel issue prior to the sale.

In all fairness, steel isn’t perfect and there can be hard spots and defects in all barrels.

Why in the World would you post something like that!
