Im shooting a weaver T6 on my HBR gun and its shooting great groups, however when I try to zero in the scope for the X ring in dead calm wind it just isnt working like it should.
I can give one click to the right and it will hit on the right side of 10 ring, one click to the left and it will hit on the left side of the 10 ring, So the actual X is being jumped over. It did the same exact thing 10 shots in a row.
Im happy that it is acting so consistantly but since the scope is supposed to have 1/8moa adjustments and the 10 ring is 1/2" diameter it has me confused. Im shooting at 100 yards with a fixed 6X scope, Stolle Kodiak action with Kelbly rings.
Has anyone else had an issue like this? Whats the best way to get around the problem since the rings and base dont allow any adjustment. I know I could hold off but I do that for wind and its hard enough to concentrate on that without adding another variable.
Thanks.
