did this once.... on purpose. was going to rinse the bilge a little (don't tell the sierra club!) iirc, boat got too heavy for the 4 cyl p/up so i ended up wading anyway. i say iirc 'cuz there MAYBE was some of the 'good stuff' involved. or maybe it got off the trailer and i had to reel 'er back in? sheesh. thankfully those daze are over! That reminds me of putting the boat in the water then remembering the drain plug, that gets inserted from outside.
Yes I've heard those Phd mathematicians can work constipation out with a pencil.….Lol
Small brass rod that will fit in the bore. Drop from the top, repeat as neccasary. Saved my trip at least once. Not reloading, but how about being 3/4 mile into the woods on opening day, load your rifle, forget that it is "controlled feed" and add that last cartridge ahead of the bolt rather than from the magazine. Guarantee it can only be cleared with a cleaning rod, which is of course that 3/4 mile back at camp.
But there was no rod there! Trust me, I never hunted with that rifle again without a three piece rod stored in my day pack! Learned that lesson well.Small brass rod that will fit in the bore. Drop from the top, repeat as neccasary. Saved my trip at least once.
