Please recommend a Gunsmith

First post, been reading here for quite some time. I have a Rem 700 in a 22-250 that I want rebarreled to a 17 Rem. I need help finding a smith that can do the job. Thanks

It would help to know where in Pennsylvania you are located in. That said George Herold does excellent work but due to him having a guide service that he runs his turn around time may not be as quick as you would like.
