Please help ID this vintage base set?

These bases are marked 118 and 119F. The hole pattern is wrong for Weaver rings plus no place to hook them under.
Almost looks like 700 radius.

They look like for a Remington 700 or Model 7. What are the hole center dimensions? Could be bases for Weaver detachable rings.

Like I said - no place to hook weaver rings and hole spacing for weaver rings are narrower.
