Berry's boxes w/tru-hinge and great snap closure replaced my so-called 'lifetime hinge' MTMs.

I like MTM Case-Gard. True hinge for the lid, available in 50 or 100 round sizes, various sizes for both pistol and rifle. And relatively inexpensive.

I then use a small range bag to put them in for range trips. Easiest way to do it for my situation.

For the field I use the infliction ammo box for my rifle ammo.
Got several. Box show bullet up..I carry mine bullet down.

Lately I've found mine on Amazon.

I must admit, when I can I typically order from that business.

No traffic, parking, self-checkout or going to multiple stores if it's something rather uncommon.

Yes, I'm too old for that stuff.

I don’t know about the translucent MTM boxes. I’ve dropped them a couple of times and they broke. Now if I buy new one it’s the solid green ones, way more durable.

I guess I've been fortunate. If I've dropped one it was uneventful, because I don't remember doing so.

I agree with this. I wish they would make the red ones more available, they seem to be built like the green ones.

I also like the blue boxes, a label (facing up)on the inside with cartridge/rifle makes quick sorting. I've also used zip lock freezer bags. Screw on lid plastic food containers. All get put in ammo cans, or water and dust proof storage boxes for the road. I label the rifle cases with blue painters tape with rifle/cartridge. As I often have 5 or more on pd runs.

i imagine most that have bin doing this awhile have used lots of diffferent things. i could make a list. Im using the painters tape alot lately labeling since it comes off easy. I decided i have to many mtm boxes so am using other containers some lately

ive never broke an mtm box but i may have never dropped one. mabie i need to do a torture test. i think a few ive had since the 70s mabie early 80s.

But otherwise I use a std MTM or the one that comes with Alpha brass.

They changed to the blue new fancy one after I ordered the brown ones 4 couple a weeks ago. They are great boxes. Im sure this new blue one will be just as good.

Exactly! I like to run different cartridges in different colored boxes.

MTM and Dillon back in early 2000's. I sold out and am starting completely over now.

I don't have my glasses on this morning yet do these boxes have a hinge on the back or the plastic strip acting as a hinge?
