One problem their is 3 ways reguardless
Of the signatures That it can happen
1 executive order
2 congress
3 federal court
Obama did it so that is out
congress can try But that would be sent to federal court . It will fail there for sure
The way I see it trump is the only answer . Any no vote is a no vote to get it changed
