BTW, many Pentax scopes (perhaps most) were/are made by Burris. Cosmetically different on the outside, identical internals to their Burris equivalents. Not a bad thing, just a fact.
You can contact Burris/Pentax and ask them for further details, such as country of mfg. and/or assembly.
