Paper Target Hangers

I'd like to start refining my load development by shooting paper targets at 600 yards. I've got some rubber conveyor belting at home that's 36" wide, and maybe 10' long, by about 3/8" thick. I'm thinking I could use this as something to staple my paper targets to, but I'm looking for ideas for a frame to hold it. Anyone here have any clever ideas? I'd like to stay away from wood if possible, but I also know that wood is probably the cheapest route, which is a consideration too.

Is this going to be a permanent installation or something you will need to transport back and forth to the range?

I suppose you could say it's going to be a semi-permanent deal. Could be left for months at a time, but able to be moved around if wanted.

That's a nice stand. You could substitute treated 2x4's for the iron.

I did that at first....pressure treated stuff. Prolly shoulda used wood screws with the PT lumber. Shortly enuf they tore up, and then I went to see a welder. Had these now for over 10 years, solid as day 1.

Like stated above - corrugated plastic cardboard. Somebody I know is our neighborhood sign cleanup detail and I am well stocked with signage ads for powerwashing, Mosquito Joe, roofing, etc. They are stapled to utility poles and stuck in the ground everywhere in property easements and are an eyesore. You might also score election signs too - AFTER the election.
