One of he selling points of the Panda Action was they were held to a close enough tolerance that a gunsmith could machine barrels to their dimensions and it would work with any other unaltered Panda. They have a set headspace and thread pitch circle that is, for all purposes, standard on each one.
This even held true before the advent of CAD/CAM Machining practices that are now the norm.
