Seems like the horror stories just keep on keepin' on. I first heard of the "internal problems" around 2008. No personal experience but waay too many similar or worse stories.

I was unaware of any of this, the only thing I've ordered from them in the past was a reamer, not sure how long it took but it was a while. Sorry to hear this.
