Good idea but no cigar. This was just before the Cabin Fever merger and PT&G was not very forthcoming with paper info, ie, order numbers and such. Maybe someone out there has the answerReview a search of your old emails for the original order confirmation....?

No matter how badly you want a job, do not work at Pacific Tool & Gauge. They also started using Cabin Fever Sports to circumvent honest reviews, be advised.
I went through the same thing I will never use cabin fever PTG they charged my card sent me a tracking number but never shipped my order I had my CC company get my money back and they did.About to dispute a charge on my CC that they haven’t refunded in a month… Ordered parts that show in stock they do not have.
I'm still waiting for a blueprinted action I ordered from them. Was quoted 12 weeks, it's now been over 16. I contacted them about it at week 12 since I hadn't received and update, was told it hadn't been started yet, and they'd call me with an update the following week. They did actually call and said it'd be a few more weeks. Recieved an email on Aug 12th saying my order was scheduled for fulfillment on the 28th and I'd receive another email with confirmation and tracking information.....I'm gonna give it till the 8th before I dispute with my cc company. Had I known this was going to be drawn out more than the 12 weeks I wouldn't have even ordered since I thought that was too long anyway
I got the same thing. Finally made a comment on a Facebook post of theirs where someone else made a similar comment. Said i was going to have to file a fraud case with my credit card company and I got some results after thatI had a barreled action on order with them for almost a year. They never contacted me concerning it progress or status; I always had to reach out to them, often receiving a vague response. I finally cancelled it. Won’t order from them again.

WAKE UP People!! One guy just lost $550!! If you get a PHONE Text from someone claiming to be a SELLER, Do NOT SEND MONEY!! NEVER put your phone number in ANY post. Scammers pretend to be Sellers! Contact Real Seller via PM. NEVER EVER send a penny without a VOICE phone call with seller and demand custom photos.
