Order of Importance to Accuracy?

wondering how you would rank the importance (1,2,3, etc) of the following items to accuracy at 1000yd:

powder
powder charge
primer
primer seating depth
bullet
bullet seating depth
neck tension
brass
case weight
case volume
neck turning
1. Barrel
---A quality barrel will allow the bullets, load, etc to exhibit the lowest extreme spreads in velocity.
---Not to mention preventing shots from walking as the barrel heats up.

2. the rest are all No.2 and are all equally important and must be done...except

3. primer seating depth??? Perhaps this is a new variable to be chased but after uniforming the primer pockets all primers get seated to the same depth....bottomed out with light but firm seat pressure. (Not mashed or crunched in there as deep as the ram will possibly go)

In my experience and testing, the aspects of ignition (powder, primer, firing pin and spring) trump the other stuff by some measure no matter how little. You can have the best prepared brass and perfect neck tension at the ideal seating depth but if your ignition ain’t good it don’t matter.
I was having problems with light primer strikes and changed my spring and immediately noticed better groups at 1k
