3 weeks and counting for an in stock item to ship. Numerous emails and supposedly escalated to a supervisor, but still nothing. Worst part is that they IMMEDIATELY charged me the $550 for my order.

Made an on-line purchase from them in the summer. Same exact thing occurred. I canceled the order and a competitor got my business. Item was delivered in 6 days.

Happened to me last summer, they wouldn’t cancel the order. Took 17 days. Oh, and they wouldn’t answer the phone.

I think they are a 3rd party seller that is looking at others "stock" ....
Same waiting for me ... I always call to order. Gets better prices.

I ordered some in stock bullets from them last fall, after I proceeded through the checkout and placed my order got an email shipment would be at least 60 days, finally found out how to cancel my order. Order from midway had bullets within a week.

It's too bad really. I've used them for years and while there were sometimes shipping delays in general I was please with their prices and selection.

Now I have a brand new Remage SA build with nothing to put it in.

I ordered a "in stock" scope from them, after the transaction was informed it was backordered. No one to speak to there, plus I made the mistake of using PayPal. It too some effort but I was finally able to cancel the order.

Ordered a Magnetospeed sporter (listed as in stock); 3 weeks later it still hadn't shipped. I had to call (3 times) and finally got a person to address the situation and she assured it was being shipped immediately and also gave me a very nice discount. Ended up getting the chrono 4 days later and at a cost of only $142 shipped.

I called NF about getting some replacement scope caps. They said NF cannot accept payments but Could order them thru Optics Planet. $58 later at least they did ship in a timely manner.

This has been more to my experience with OP. Every time I've ordered the product shipped no more slowly than many online sellers. In fact, much faster turn than I got from when I was a Brownell's Edge member.
I have also found things at OP that were not available in other inventories.
The point is right now none of these online vendors are shipping as quickly as they used to. I just ordered from another online retailer who always has it to my door in 2-3 days. It has been well over a week and UPS didn't even scan it for four days. Plus, I don't want to even start on the USPS. HOLY CRAP are they screwed up!!!!
