Thanks the best description yet, black Hole. That's why I never use them. Anyone has better service.

I can't complain about the price or service I have received from Optics Planet. I have ordered several scopes from them with no problems. In fact one of the scopes was out of stock and the customer service representative found one for me from one of the distributors they use and had them drop ship it directly to me and I received it in a couple of days. I have also found that if you call the customer service representative directly you can often negotiate a additional discount.
