Opinions/suggestions appreciated please

I am a 17 hm2 fan and have a lot of ammo and at present only have one cz452 in hm2. I have cz’s several in hmr 455 457 and a mtr that i can put a barrel on. I think the lil cartridge is inherently accurate when weighing sorting cartridges. I have looked at other rifles but just not much to pick from that’s in stock so i started looking at barrels. Lilja 470 lothar walther 360 (10 week wait) acculite cheap but not sure of quality there. Only thing i haven’t checked on is a blank and pay for milling chambering ? I will admit it hurts me to pay as much for a barrel as i have in the rifle or close but then again - I’m like everybody else and like the clover leaf. I’m just not sure i like it that much especially when we are talking rimfire here. I wish cz chambered in hm2 and i wouldn’t have a problem. I would appreciate your thoughts opinions suggestions before i order a lilja. Do they ever offer any specials ? . Thanks

I also have a 452 in HM2- best GH cartridge made for shooting out your house window when they raid the garden. My concern is about getting in too deep $$ in the current political/ economic climate - will the ammo companies continue to support the cartridge? Wasn't too long ago the ammo was not to be found for a period of a couple years. Couple that with the fact that there still seems to be a problem with .17 rimfire case necks cracking in long term storage. I keep all my rimfire ammo in mil-surplus ammo cans for this reason.

Never had a neck to split but i did have a blow out on the rim one time. Scared me and i think it was in an A17 savage in hm2. Pretty accurate for a semi auto and cycled ok too. Would buy one if i could find in stock.

Well i just ordered a lothar walther barrel for 340 - maybe it won’t take 10 weeks and I’ll post about how it shoots once i put it to use.
