Hope you buy that vssf. I had one and it was an amazing factory rifle... Probably the best out of box I've ever had. Only reason it left was because I couldn't see hits on pdogs. Crazy accurate and serious red mist when you could see it.

I have a vssf, 220 swift. Shoots little bitty groups and puts the hurt on critters. My favorite load is 41.5 gr H414, wlrm primer and a 55 blitzking.

My boys used it when they were growing up for deer. Little recoil and deadly with a Barnes tsx.

all i have on have right now is w748,4064, varget, and cfe223. have quite a stockpile of pills 40-55g

JME, but try what you have, and if possible borrow some R-15 and WW760 or H414. I've had real good luck with 4064 in 2 Swifts, and much better results (accuracy) with the WW760 I am currently using. Good luck to you and hope you enjoy your Swift as much as I do mine. WD

ya im trying to look at glass right now. atm budget for that is about $400(rings/base not in this figure) local range is only 200yds

love the 220 Swift it's a bad A round, make sure you watch headspace, well I had a 98m Cze and I smoked the bullets, back in my younger days when I was young and dumb, got lucky now that I look back, 37.7 grs of 3031 was a tad to hot lol

the gun arrived at my FFL on tues. i started the transfer on wed. was able to bring it home today. she is a pretty thing she is. my thanks to chuck for ending my almost 3 year search and selling a fabulous rifle.
