The HEB grocery stores in the area have signs posted saying will not issue returns for items bought in anticipation of this pandemic. IIRC, the wording says something like items bought to hoard or sell.
Yes, I broke down and cut my own hair today for the first time. I didn’t try the bowl cut like this though.
