Aw, just tell her they only bite men. You’ll be down here by the end of next week. Honestly, this is the first one I’ve seen in six months!;)
If you don’t like the heat, you have to take a look at Cody, Wyoming.

At 6:07AM this morning Cody, Wy time, the temperature is 24F. While I like cooler weather, I don't want to freeze my nanna's off. Still, I wouldn't mind visiting Cody when things warm up a bit. I am a bit of a western buff.

Cody at 24 is actually pleasant, try Grassy Butte, ND at 6 above, now that's cool. Nana's beware. LOL!

I at one wouldn't have understood what you said 47 willys. In Florida 35 degrees is bone chilling. When my friend and I went hunting in Colorado we stayed the night in Amarillo got up the next morning 32 degrees. I had no idea what the temp was and we were only going across the parking lot for breakfast. T shirt and a flannel and I was dressed just right. The humidity and 32 in Florida I would have been shivering and looking for a Parka. We took my cousin fishing for Specs one night in Lake O he is from Tennessee and was crying like a baby to get to the truck heater. He hunts in the snow all the time in Tennessee.

.....and that’s why we landed in Texas. Once I learned about the temperatures in Wyoming, I looked south. Let’s face it, the only “perfect” weather year round is California! That’s why they have so many fruits and nuts. Life is too easygoing! You need hardship to raise tough people!

It doesn't get much better in July. I spent a couple of 4th of July weekends in Laramie. 42 F at daylight, high of 93 mid afternoon. I didn't take near enough clothes the first trip.
