? on a Ruger 10/22

I purchased a used Ruger 10/22 the other day. The rifle seems to have had some work done to it. It does not have the factory stock or barrel. The barrel is a stainless bull barrel and it reads midway on it. I do not know who makes the barrel, it shoots great but would like to know what the barrel is worth. Any info that you guys might have would really help. I will take pics and try to post on the forum.

IIRC, the 10/22 Midway barrels were supplied by Adams & Bennett which were made by Green Mountain. Replacement cost is $79-$139 for the GM labeled barrel, depending on which one it is.

Thank you for the info, I am going to search online to learn more about the barrel. It shoots great so I do not think I will replace it. Once again thank you.
