Omega Dandy Powder Trickler Customer Service

I had one that started malfunctioning after extensive use. I could not find my purchase receipt. I contacted a gentlemen at Omega and he told me to send it without the receipt and he would repair or replace. In a few days, I received the replacement unit.

It is a great product that works, and their customer service is also top notch!

That's great.. Good C/S is the key to a good buisness especially if you want return customers.. I have to say no matter how good a product is it will eventually give problems but when a company makes it right without a giant hassle, those people keep getting my money.. If not I move on and it's really hard to get people to come back..

A great product. The only thing I don't like is the hairpin attachment for the funnel. After accidentally dumping powder several times and/or having it leak powder at the bottom, I threaded the vertical shaft and used a pan head screw (plus a small recess in the plastic funnel lip) and it never comes loose now.
