RCBS Customer Service Praise

I was originally going to post about my frustrations with RCBS customer service, but that has changed.

I called RCBS two different days in an attempt to get a replacement part for a particular die. Both times I was put on hold after a transfer or two and then finally received the "we will call you back" message before the call was terminated.

Last night I received a call from a number that I did not recognize and it was RCBS customer service. The nice lady on the phone explained about the changes to their CS phone/computer something or another and apologized for the run around. She knew my name, what part I was needing, and said that the part was on its way.

Though it started off kind of odd, I appreciate their efforts to contact all of the individuals who were added to the call-back list. Nice job!

Thank you!

Andy

Never have run into another company that has been so good for so long with their customer service. They have even replaced pieces I have lost.

These stories are all very typical of RCBS customer service. Their customer service is stellar and second to none in this industry, or for that matter, in any industry that I've had experience with.

I actually just sent them an email yesterday. Stupidly left some titegroup in my chargemaster for like a year.

Needless to say, I have some things to work out due to my mistake.

I've heard nothing but good things about their service, so I look forward to dealing with them.

So on the 15th I sent an email out to rcbs and here it is on the 21st and no reply. Bought pretty much everything rcbs except scales and no reply. Have die marking up my Sierra 175s. Guess I should have shelled out the money and bought the comp dies from redding. The email I sent was nice guess being a business owner myself I just expect more. Everything else I got was fine just expected a a little quicker response for the problem I have. I know if I fix your semi and you have a problem with it and call me about it and I don't return the call for 5 days iam probably not going to be in business long.

I purchased a set of their dies for a .300 Ackley Magnum 40 degree. Turns out my chamber was a 30 or something. I contacted them and they suggested I send them and 5 fired cases to them. A set of custom dies for my chamber were returned to me at "No Charge"! I was shocked and will always praise the company!
