Once the summer run salmon start running in July, I'll be heading over to fish Agness and Lobster creek.
I candied up a nice Lil springer I caught in the upper.
Dry brined for 4 days, Celtic salt, organic brown sugar,ghost/scorpion pepper flakes and drizzled with fresh local honey
It don't get any better!!
