Lord I pray for John's son and the other men in his company. Lord please protect them and give them the courage to complete there missions with a clear mind and a open heart. Lord please honor this request and bring them home safe.

well to thank ya'll again before I post new info.

now I just found out the he is back at camp.BUT he and his unit will have to go out one or two more times.and that sucks if I may say.but they are not to be to bad or as long of a trip.just need to show the new guys what to do.I would think that they would now.but we know uncle sam don't we.he is all about comeing home.so if you would keep hm in mind.I know how bad he wants to be home.just hope he is able to keep his head in the game.not home yet.should be the 11th of this month if nothing changes we hope.

yes his name is BANKS.he is so proud to be a USM.but really hates being away.and I too will keep your son in my prayers.you must be so proud of him I with Banks.trust me it gets better from time to time.we just need to keep our minds into something at all times don't we.

well I went on and loaded up some rounds for the 300wm.but I really want to finish the test before he gets home.then turn him loss with it.he said that he wanted to get out all we had and put alot down range.should I be worried about this.just really want him to be OK.do not want him to come home with madness in him.or should that be OK.HELL I do not know.will just have to pray on it.

again thanks for the prayers.we are so blessed from them.we all so want to give a grand thanks to ya'll for stepping up to the task.our family/son will always remember this....John

Johnboy, I'm praying for your son. My youngest brother-in-love is a Marine officer in Afghanistan, so I continually pray for all our service members.

And a note for the timid prayers, you don't have to be religious to pray.

man this time was really hard to just look at ya'll post.yeap I am saying it brought tears to my eyes.you all just cannot come to think of how blessed we are for your prayers.haveing a site with GREAT MEN AND WOMEN LIKE YA'LL just puts the iceing on the cake.

well I guess he's out showing the new guys what to do.his girlfriend AND i ARE GOING OUT TO LUNCH ALONG WITH HIS SISTERS.we are planning a BBQ for him when hes home.on top of it all we just need to vent out to one another.just 9 more days just 9 more days.then the big ship ( plane ) willl bring him home to us all.

yes hae has done a wounderful job of keeping hell away from us here in the US.again I too pray for all the men/women that are doing a wounderful job for us.even lift up the families and those who have left us.just think its a said thing for our people from all over the world,to think that war is the right thing to do.thats why pray for our mission to be GODS children to keep the faith and his words flying.so that the rest of those who haven't yet heard his words will.then we all will be in the time of our lives liveing with GOD himself.

I have an old friend who was a Seargent in the Army, He served in the Korean war and had many good stories I loved to hear,even though I sometimes think it pained him to recount some of them, he had my full attention. I think he grew tired of people in general, most seemed to get on his last nerve. Anyway one day he was teaching me and out of the blue he say's "son you renewed my faith in human nature" Looking back I think it was one of the best compliments I could have ever recieved, coming from where it did. Anyhow I guess what I'm trying to say is there are still some good people left who will stand beside you, You just have to look some. John,he will be back in your arms before you know it. yeap just 7 more to go now.and after he gets off of the first plane we then will be able to talk to one another.I mean the phone can/will come into play.then we will get more of a better idea of when he's really going to be home time and all.

yeap I too had a friend that was in the Korean war along with Nam.but he really wouldn't speak much about either one.just that he was a POW and a Chinamen stabbed him in the chest then _____ him.but before he passed away he came out and spoke of more.but really cannot say much about it.might get Uncle Sam mad at me.I guess he just wanted to get those things out to some one.and was glade to have been the one.

again I can not put the right words to play for all of your prayers.it has been some kind of rodeo with all that has happened this year.with the boy way fare away from us and everything else life has thrown me its just been one of those years.but now after all that hhas/is happening have something to look for.ya'll have put hope back in my life.I have even come to something that I wish to see here on this site.bu tneed ya'lls vote to see it through.

my mind and my prayers have come to this.I have forund such great people here that have always been RIGHT here.but while and just after my post you guys have shown me a different group of people.so while I prayed for each of you I have all so prayed about seeing if ya'll would like a prayer forum.you know just one more place to add on this site.sorry about this but its just seems to be the right thing. know its all about shooting reloading and keep it up in the shooting world.but after takeing a chance it showed me that alot of people from many places care and fell the same way.and yes I will add that this one post has made it to 3 pages.so this means to me that it has alot to offer.and some have even PMed me.so people care.some just need to pull out of the closet.not to be mean or come off mean but its true.if theis world of people could just do that woooow to what would happen.

so what have ya guys.do ya'll vote yes.no to the idea.i hope that I just didn't dive off into the deep in without any water in the pool.its just something that was/has been on my mind for some time.and with this one post it just made since to me.so I prayed about it and hear I went on and asked.so that alone should mean something I hope.but as I have alway said in alot of my post if you have too take it with a grain salt.I am and will always be a man of GOD.but would love to know more of who are.I love this site but think it can hold a place for GOD.

ok just got off with tlking to him.and yeas uncle sam put one more day in the mix till he boards the plane.but hes ok and really happy about comeing home.we talked about putting holes in papper and getting his new 9mm along with hunting.so we both really needed that talk about to get us through the last days.we ended only because he needed to hit the racks for 6 hours of sleep to get back at it.9:27pm 8-4-11 that is.

just ready for the call now and I'll be OK again.thanks again for everything.hope this post has been as good for ya'll as I.just remembe rif you nedd something and I can help just ask.thanks......John

OK hes posted to us that he is waiteing for the plane.been on his facebook from time to time.or thats what the girls have said.daddy hes on facebook you want to talk to him.

so we are just waiteing for more news to see when we can head out for camp Lejeune to see him.then he will come home for the weekend and back to the base.after that he comes home for a month.
