.20 Practical AI, 5X45AI(my preference) or .20-.223AI is my choice. I have a PacNor 8 1/2tw for the Berger 55’s and just built an X-Caliber 11tw to keep the lighter ones together. I have my own reamer and all aspects of this cartridge are exemplary!

My vote is for a 20 practical. brass is easy, performs up to 99% of what a 204R will do.

Any idea on what the difference in recoil is like between the 20vt and 20 prac?

I'de do a 20 tac with a bolt gun, which is what I would do with your components. If I was doing an AR, it would be a 20 practical.
