Oehler Hits a Home Run with Customer Service

My well used Oehler 35P finally started giving me some errant data just before quitting all together. I called Oehler and related the symptoms and they talked me through the analysis routine. I live in coastal Oregon so moisture is ever present and that may be the culprit. In the end I replaced two sensors and some tattered screens (who could possibly have shot those...?) for under $100 including shipping and it is up and running strong. I paid for two sensors but they included a spare cable w/ sensor that I could install in my third housing just in case it might need a rest in the future.
I feel their customer service should be recognized and I applaud their commitment to their products.
Mike

+1, they've kept my old 35P running for years fixing problems that were caused by time and operator error. Some of the best people ivI' ever dealt with

I have an Ohler-Id like to see them hit a homerun and offer a labradar like unit

Just now read the invoice for my payment to Oehler - they refunded my payment! Now THAT is standing behind a product!
