Mueller Customer Service

Started buying Mueller scopes several years ago largely because of recommendations and reviews found on the forums here and a few other places. I found them to be a great buy and the optics were very good. Finally had to have some repair done on one of the 4-16x50 Tactical units I have and sent it to Mueller. I was expecting a long delay. Within a week I had my scope back and included in the return were two new batteries for the illuminated reticule. I was impressed with their customer service big time. No problems, no delay! Will definitely keep recommending Mueller.

I have two 6-24 Muellers that I use on my long range handguns. They are very nice optics for the $$. Would not hesitate to buy more. Haven't needed any service, but it;s good to hear they are responsive.

I have a couple of them. I like them for the money. Great to hear this because I have parallax issues with one and need to contact them.
