Odd question. Gun in sinclair ad.

What is that remington in the sinclair add at bottom of page? I seen one exactly like it the other day. Sendero? Heavy Varmint of some sort? I know thats odd question but just curious.

Looks like an older sendero. Got one sitting here in 223 that looks just like it

I could be mistaken but I was thinking the senderos had a fluted stainless bbl. I was thinking the gun you speak of in the add is a rem 700VS....

sendero is a long action and vssfII are short actions. I have both and are fluted and have H&S stocks. DG

Mine is exactly like that- 26" barrel. Thats the first run sendero- many years ago. Even the stock is different than the modern version. Ive got one here with another twist thatll get yall in an uproar- its an early left hand sendero in 223 that looks like that one- wow!
