Odd primer marks from Glock 21

I haven't owned a Glock 21 before. Perhaps this is a known habit of them, but it seems wrong.
The firing pin is apparently leaving a mark on one side of the primer impact dent. Anyone seen this before? Doesn't seem right to me.1000002303.jpg

Looks like every firing pin profile I ever recovered on the range when shooting Glocks.
The pin may be taking slightly longer than the millisecond it takes to rebound as the slide moves rearward and barrel begins to drop/unlock. Sigs indicated similar “drag” marks when we shot +P Duty rounds as opposed to practice ammo.

OK, good to know. Looking at the slide where the firing pin is located it's more like a slot than a round hole. Just making sure. As I said, never owned a Glock before.

Thanks for the replies.

Hotter loads will also leave a raised rectangular mark from the firing pin hole around your comma shaped firing pin indentation (at least from what I've seen. I don't own a Glock.)
