NXS Quality w/ no IR

Looking for a quality scope, such as the NXS series, that does not have illuminated reticle.
Any ideas???

Ask Dusty about the IOR ones he sells. I am not sure if they are Illuminated. Maybe Swarovski, Zeis, Sightron S111, plus some new ones coming out. Matt

Curios as to why you want it to have no illumination? I never use the illumination on my NXS's, but it doesn't bother me that it's there.

lol, I didn't know my first NXS had illumination for almost a yr, someone told it it did... guess it still does, only turned it on once to see if it was real. (betting the battery is dead)

Don't know what it costs to put illumination in a scope, but I wouldn't be surprised if it adds minimally, $200.

Illumination will add cost and weight. How soon are you looking to buy one? Check out the new comp scope from vortex. Priced between a NXS and BR.

Take the battery out. The NXS is yesterday's news with the tactical crowd and used examples are becoming more available at lower prices. It is a solid piece of glass...

This is why NF took it out of the Competition line. Nobody ever uses it, and it adds weight and cost.
