NRA HP Competition Committee Question

If I wanted to get an official ruling on something (a question about equipment or rules maybe), what is the best process for doing that?

I did a quick look at NRA contacts and didn't see anything obvious.

(EDIT: No I am not trying to game an F-Class rule... )

Call and talk to Aaron Farmer the new NRA HP director, he will give you a clarification/ruling. 1-703-267-1475 or email at afarmer@nrahq.org. That is what I've always done in the past with Sheri or Dennis.

Not all of the rules committee may be well educated in the ways of F class. I heard that Ray Grosse is on the rules committee now. He might be able to better answer an F class question.

Agree talk to Ray as the people on the HP committee who do or have shot it all are few and maybe nill since Earl L. isn't on it anymore. However as far as the official ruling that comes from the HP director or the Comp director (McCulloch). The HP comittee discusses the rules then once it goes through all the processes to be adopted the paid NRA staff are the official interpreters of the rule/question.
