NRA Highpower Match Rifle Rules

I shot Service Rifle in the 1999 season and have been away from shooting sports for 20 years. I now own an AR15 "Space Gun"...complete with Centra rear sights and Gehmann adjustable iris front sights.
I've noticed that the rules have changed to allow Service Rifles to use certain scopes. What about Match Rifles? Are those same scopes allowed on Space Guns or do I need to stick with the aperture sights?

you now can use telescopic sights of any power.

The sightron s-tac 3-16 is a good choice. Not too heavy but plenty of magnification, 1/4 moa turrets. And it's pretty cheap

High Power is much different since you left 20 years ago, scopes on service rifles and match rifles, no standing for rapids, etc. Not to mention etargets. You are going to like the new world of High Power.
