75 board members....nothing gets done. Like DC

The board members like people elected to public office are rare (75 per320M) and (535 per 320M), it does not have any thing to do with being smart or being a problem solver. Both the board and elected officials demonstrate daily they are not problem solvers or have any knowledge of HOW the process works. Engineers are problem solvers, lawyers are litigators, just talkers. Results are required, not excuses. A lack of integrity, ethics or honesty should not be endorsed. Honesty should be prioritized over WLP's leadership/ collusion.
