How about the NP-R1? I have a 12-42x56 NXS for sale, in nearly new condition, for $1,535.00 shipped in the lower 48. That's $350 less than a new one. If you don't like the reticle, you could change it out and still be $150 under the cost of a new scope.

hay thanks sounds a good buy but i live in the uk and pity the pounds gooooooood against the dollar now ...........
