I heard someone put it very well . . . 'There's a seven in every box'. This past week I loaded 10 of the 140s for my .260 AI. First group had four go into one hole smaller than a .308 bullet and the fifth landed .9 out. Wasn't me this time. Broke the shot just right. Can't bring myself to shoot them in competition. I'm with Dusty. Fire forming duty for these. Man, I really wanted these to perform.

I done some shadetree testing today...with the 105 rdf's shot several groups. shotgun style then seated them for .050 jump...still shotgun style..peterson brass 39g of 4350 blah blah...so I went and got some 90gr berger BT's had loaded to see if it was me.... shot a .198 group...1st 4 same hole....1st time shooting in about 3 months...thought I was going crazy for a minute..but the yellow box pills worked, I took five and didn't call ACCurate shooter Doctors...I have a 30inch Criterion barrel for some reason it loves Bergers no matter what I shoot.... think I'm on to something

Too many flyers for me for competition. Good enough for steel shooting practice, fireforming, etc.

Did you try any other jumps other than .050?

Every time I try another bullet, I always end up coming back to Berger.

Not sure why I ever stray...

Any more accuracy reports with RDF's?

Did you stay with them or move on to another brand?

Hey I'm just doing a follow up, I might have posted already in this thread about my experience with 105gr RDF's, can't remember and am not going searching...

They didn't work in my 8 twist 6mmBR. Oddly they shot decent out to 300Y except for a flyer here and there.

I picked the best load and tried them at 981Y and 1122Y. They totally wacked out, 3-4 foot vertical???

Went to the 105 Berger hybrids which shot excellent.

maybe a 7.5 or 7 twist.... I've shot quite a few diff loads..n a 8tw they just won't shoot for me... but maybe a 3 gr barrel or somethin
