Shiraz, just out of curiosity. If you sell the entire lot of 500,000, will you be having Norma run another batch to satisfy future orders?
Thanks,
Joe
Of course - there will be no shortage once the sea shipment comes in. I have already discussed that with them and they are keeping a production line open for us. Not only that, I will be removing the 1000 limit when the sea shipment arrives.
I will be trimming them down. No way am I changing everything over until I know this brass is as good as my current Dasher brass
I don't think it will show any more accuracy on paper but where it will make a difference is barrel life. It would help to shift the TP point. That would make it more like the neck on a 6 BR and easier on the throat. MattIt will be nice to be able to test various Dasher neck lengths with the Norma brass to see if a it makes any difference on paper.
I see no reason standard dies like Reddings will not work. This is basically the same dimensions many of us have been using except the neck itself is longer. I prefer a custom die to my chamber and have a Whidden die in 6 Dasher.I am new to the dasher world. If I buy this new norma brass and the reamer to go along with it. Where do I get dies that will work with this set up.
Thanks for the info in advance.

I sent fired brass. Sending fired brass ensures that the die will match your chamber dimension in order that you are not working the brass more than is needed. I like bushing dies.Did you go with the Dasher die on Whidden's site or did you send him cases to make a fully custom one? Also, did you go with bushings or not?
Thanks,
Terry
