Norma 25/06

Not labeled as Norma but Nosler is available which is made for them by Norma. Otherwise you can choose from Remington, Hornady or Winchester.

Kurz, Thanks I did not know it was it was made by them was the Winchester the red bag i have used the blue bag it was good brass have you ever tryed the Nosler? Thanks

I have Nosler, Norma, Winchester, Remington and PPU.

PPU = Prvi Partizan

The Remington and Winchester are from older buys but held onto for a rainy day. I've shot the Nosler but the price stalls any real development although the performance is fine as long as you stay off the ultra high end. Norma is the same, stay off the high pressure loads, find a usable node and go shoot!:D

I use a lot of these manufacturers for making 6.5-06 Improved. ;)

Even though I have Norma, and it is quite good brass, I prefer plain Jane Remington brass in my 25-06.
I also have Winchester brass from when it came in white paper boxes by the 100.
It, too, is good brass, but I always find myself reaching for the Remington bags.
None of my brass is recently purchased, if it were, like my other cartridge brass, it would be not the same quality I feel.

Cheers.

any body have some or no were to find it?
For my plain jane 25-06 I have been using some OLD Remington. Ok, but not great. For my new 25-06 I got some Nosler. Still not blown away with it. So I got some Lapua 30-06 and made my own. Really like it.

25-06 probably a hunting rifle. Still today I use both Remington and Winchester brass for my hunting/ occasional target rifles. Got the time, so do extensive case prep to all my brass. Personally I am quite happy with it a never felt the need to upgrade. In my target rifles I use Lapua and if I thought it would improve my targets, I would have it or make it. That said there are still possible benefits from a trip down the rabbit hole. Good luck and let us know what you learn.

Yes sir Lapua 30-06 necked to your 25-06 is as good as it gets. Just my two cents Tommy Mc.

I don’t have any Norma, but may have some NEW unfired Winchester or Remington stuff. I’d have to do some digging. Probably in a gun show tote.
