Noblex-Doctor Optics

Does anyone have any expedience with Noblex-Doctor Vector rifle scopes?
DVOR has a sale on them and Im curious about them.

Most would probably know them as Docter optics from Germany.
Never owned one, but the optical quality tends to be good from what I have seen of Binos and older models rifle scopes.
Generally good hunting scopes for a fair price.
