No more Dick's sporting goods store for me

Walmart announced in a press release this morning that they will no longer sell any firearm that falls within the definition of an assault rifle as well as setting a company policy that going forward they will no longer sell firearms or ammunition to anyone under 21. If Walmart follows it's history, sales will control company policies and they will be back to business s usual in a matter of months.

Well, this should help move those depressed priced and overstocked rifles out of inventory. just when i thought they were realistically priced too...

It,s not the first time they showed their colors I am boycotting them this time forever.
They folded on pistol now ar 15,s and soon other semis.

Listening to the news and Krogers has some stores out west some where in a different name and they are stopping sales of guns. Dang, that is where I grocery shop and I live in Ohio. I may have to start growing my own food and get a pig and cow once a year. The governor here in Ohio is running his mouth about gun laws. Was at my local FFL guys place picking up some rifles that came in and people are calling while I am there asking about getting AR,s and stuff. As soon as they run their mouths on the news it is a panic attack. When the door opens up and Trump is gone I think we are in for one hell of a rocky road. Somebody needs to figure out a good way to stomp out these school shootings. When these young kids get shot up and killed in school it is a bad thing. Left, right, up or down, they all jump in and want change.

The senseless loss of life is appalling, needless and inexplicable. My heart goes out to the families - I can't imagine. yet there are millions
of law abiding citizens following the rules, using the same rifles responsibly. The ratio of law abiding Armalite owners vs. those few using to kill others is 100,000:1 or greater. The media (so far as I can discern) never reference the
silent, safe, responsible majority. 2 possible steps to stop school shootings : A) metal detectors at entrances. B) Locking exit doors with door closers.

Great outdoorsman that he is, I saw a pic of former prez OBAMA with his favorite T-shirt on that said.........wait for it..............."I LIKE DICKS"

Seems like a decision made for a short term reason to me. I guess they haven't figured out that liberals have a short memory and attention span to go along with their allergy to logic. I can't imagine anyone that believes in our Constitution supporting them ever again. I didn't go there much anyway but they're off my list forever now.

Forgetting a couple? Best Western dropped their affiliation with the NRA a few years ago, as did Wyndham recently. Wyndham also owns Hawthorn, AmericInn, Microtel, Ramada, Baymont, DaysInn, Super8, Howard Johnson, Travel-Lodge, Knights Inn, and a few more.

Yup …, what if elements of the school, county, state, and federal gubmint would only do their jobs …

Shooter could have faced charges before massacre — had cops done their job, experts say
