Nikon black fx1000 value

Can anyone tell me a rough value of this. I acquired this and not sure what to do with it.

You can look up that #16516 model and see what it use to retail for. Since Nikon no longer sells or services these scopes, it will be discounted heavily.

Roughly $6-700 when new...BUT as said Nikon doesn't make scopes anymore so that will put a damper on any selling of it.....Use it.

Yep, at this point, the utility value of Nikon scopes will far exceed their resale value.

A local store in Tulsa has two NIB, $600 each IIRC. No warranty is what has held me back from buying one.

I'm pretty sure that Nikon still services riflescopes until their parts supplies diminish. A guy that I work with sent a Monarch in a few months ago & it was repaired at no cost to him.
