Nightforce scope turrets

Guys, I shot a match over the weekend. Twice I got lost on my windage. I can't get used to the windage on my NF. I will look up and see a 3, now is that 3 right or 2 left? I much prefer the Leupold style of having a zero with 1,2,3, exc. minute marks on either. Any one know of any aftermarket turrets like that?

Would it help to focus on the cw/ccw rotation of your turret and its relation to reticle movement to the right and to the left?

I had the same issue when I went from Leupold to Sightron, I made UP -> & RT
->labels with my wifes Dymo, cleaned off the knobs with Acetone and stuck them on.
