It's a bit gauche to post this here, but in answer to your comment, you might want to read the news item here.Great scopes, zero problems, both of my LG are wearing NF Comps but if you can make the weight with Majesta and the extra $$ is no issue I'd definitely seriously consider the March Majesta, have one on my HG and I can run it at full 80x power if the mirage isn't too bad and I think it does make a difference in 1K competition.
DDR2 is what mine are as well. Not that it means much to a 1,000 yard shooter, but I just bought my 3rd NF 15-55 Comp scope. I like them a lot as you can figure out. My favorite reticle is the DDR-2, but I do have one with standard crosshairs and dot. Most of my shooting is limited to 200 yards at most and the majority at 50 and 100 yards. I have used a variety of other rifle scopes but I like the NF scopes best for what I do. I just ordered my 3rd NF 15-55 Comp scope with a DDR-2 reticle because I got tired of moving them from one rifle to another. I am a Nightforce confirmed user/owner.

You say you use the NF 15-55 for 200 yards and less? Is that for competition in group or VFS?Not that it means much to a 1,000 yard shooter, but I just bought my 3rd NF 15-55 Comp scope.
