Actions were cheap and plentiful at one time. I have one in 45/70 and 40/70 sbn. Lots of fun to shoot with cast boolits

A pretty old build. Stock needs to be replaced or reworked for my eyes. It is too expensiv. In my opinion.

alot of old siamese actions were sold by Navy Arms , and they sold complete 45/70 rifles inncarbine and rifle length .some required A lot of work to get them to feed the last round . Usually a follower issue . Just take a good 98 and chamber in 458 or the 458 american .
