Just go and shoot, shot my first match f/tr 10 years ago at Sac Valley Cal with a mini 14 off a backpack at 600 yards. It was a f/class match. Was hooked after that. Just hitting that target and seeing it go down made my day , Dont even remember my score.Got a bolt rifle soon after.
